My name is Jaeneen Cunningham, and for more than twenty years I’ve trained and worked professionally across every level of finance.
I’ve partnered with accountants, property lawyers, and financial planners, and have been a business owner in the finance industry since 1998. Before that, I worked with prominent Australian organisations — from a major retail bank in Premium Banking to Australia’s pre-eminent investment bank in Corporate and Banking Services.

This breadth of experience means I bring a depth of financial understanding that few in the industry can match. Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of clients confidently navigate the mortgage and finance landscape, make better decisions, and create meaningful progress toward their goals.

I’m passionate about empowering people with practical financial capability and behavioural insight. I take my commitment to the Banking and Finance Oath seriously — it guides the way I advise, teach, and support every client I work with.
Community Leadership & Values
Outside of finance, my commitment to community wellbeing is central to who I am and how I work. I’m proud to serve as Executive Director of Safe Haven Community, a registered Australian charity providing pathways for women leaving domestic abuse.

Since 2017, I’ve been working hands-on with Safe Haven to create safer futures for women and children. This work shapes my approach to financial education: I believe money capability is a form of personal protection, confidence, and freedom — and everyone deserves access to it.

My career has centred on banking and finance, but I’ve also spent more than two decades working in personal and business coaching, consulting, strategic planning, and public speaking. I specialise in helping people identify the behavioural patterns that shape their financial decisions — and then build simple, effective systems that create momentum and progress.

As a Licensed Credit Advisor, financial educator, and money coach, my goal is to help you take charge of your finances, build real wealth, and create a life that reflects your values and aspirations.

I’ve built and run successful businesses through economic disruptions and personal challenges, and I’ve done so by understanding my strengths, seeking wise counsel, and focusing on the actions that create results. I encourage my clients, my workshop participants, and my corporate partners to do the same.
